Orange camera dates
Older cameras printed a date in the corner — 08 15 2009, that kind of mark. All text usually finds it. The patch should match the sky or wall it sat on, not leave a soft ghost of the digits.
Faint stamps on bright sky
A pale stamp on a bright corner is easy to miss. If All text skips it, Brush a little past the digits — including the descenders — and run again.
A whole holiday dump
Same stamp on every frame: clear one in the editor, then Bulk Erase the folder. Open Select or Brush only on the odd cropped shot.
Which tool
Start with All text. Use Brush when the stamp is faint or sits on a busy corner — paint a little past the digits, including descenders. Select is for the rare frame where other type in the shot must stay. Hold Space and check the corner at 100% before you download.
Scans, prints, and dates on a face
A scan of an old print is the same job as a camera JPEG: the digits are in the pixels. If the date sits on skin or hair, Brush just the stamp and compare that patch at 100% — neighbours should still look like the rest of the face, not a soft rectangle.
After the stamp is gone
Download free up to 512px on the long edge; a credit is only for the original size. Uploads on the free product delete after one hour — save the clean file before you leave. For a holiday folder with the same corner mark, clear one frame here, then Bulk Erase the rest.

How do I remove a date stamp from a photo?
Upload the photo on this page and run All text. The stamp and the glow around the digits leave together. If a faint mark remains, Brush over it and run again.
Will the corner look patched?
The erase pass rebuilds the surface under the digits — sky, brick, fabric — so the corner reads as part of the photo. Compare at 100% on that corner before you download.
Can I remove a date stamp from a scanned print?
Yes. Upload the scan the same way you would a camera file. If the stamp is pale from the scan, Brush a little past the digits and run again.
